Tamarind Market, Hua Hin, is a weekend night market south of town
Tamarind Market is really an extension of Cicada night market in Khao Takiab. It’s located directly across the street from it and most people meander between the two markets. The market is aptly due to the numerous tamarind trees lining the park.
Opening times are the same as Cicada, weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 23:00).
There is a car park next to the market which is used for both markets and costs just 50 baht.
Tamarind market is not as large or fancy as it’s big brother but there are a selection of trinket stalls and nice eating areas. If your kids fancy some candy floss then this is the perfect place to buy it.
