@letic Gym Hua Hin

The @Lectic gym and fitness center in Hua Hin is one of the most fully furbished full body workout centers in town.

Not only is it equipment with a full range of training and exercise machines but also boasts free weights and a very comprehensive schedule of cardio, aerobics and weight training classes to suit all levels of fitness.

While most hotels in Hua Hin have their own fitness centers most rely on exercise machines at the expense of free weights, which you’ll find in abundance at Lectic fitness center.

Cardio classes are available everyday for those that prefer to workout as a group. These are held in a separate studio within the sports complex.

There are plenty of machines to choose from, they are well maintained and new equipment is still being added. Most of the equipment is provided by Body Solid.

Fitness Classes

The Lectic gym may be a little more expensive than some of the others in town but where  it excels is in the number of fitness classes that are on offer and included in the standard membership price.

With beginner, intermediate and advanced classes on offer seven days a week you are sure to find a few that suit your tastes and fitness needs, including;

• Zumba
• Yoga
• Bokwa
• Spinning (high-intense cardio-vascular workout on stationary bikes)
• Boxercise
• Step (classic aerobic workout using step-up boxes)
• Power (A mixture of aerobic and weight training)

Fancy a Game of Pickleball

There is also a pickleball court available outside by the car park. If you’d like to have a go at this tennis like game then just ask at the front desk for prices.

@Lectic Cafe

The gym has a small cafe offering healthy snacks and refreshments, ideal if you want to socialize and have a protein shake after your workout.

If you’re in need of some supplements then you can also buy them here as well.

Relax with a Massage or Get Your Hair Cut

There are also a couple of shops located within Lectic gym. One is a massage salon and the other is a hairdressing salon.

Location

Formally located in Hua Hin’s Market Village shopping mall, the @Lectic gym moved in 2013 to Soi 88 just off Petchakasem Road. It is now located next to Big Kiang, just behind the Power Buy store.

Parking is available outside the fitness center.

One day pass: 400 Baht

Monthly membership: 2,200 Baht

Yearly membership: 18,000 Baht

There are also a selection of other memberships available to fit the length of your stay in Hua Hin including 10 and 20 day passes or 3 and 6 month pass.

This is not the cheapest fitness center in town but it is one of the largest and boasts a wealth of equipment that should be adequate for most training needs.

The nice thing about this gym are the aerobics classes which you are advised to take advantage of. No matter whether you are looking to tone up, lose fat or gain muscle there are classes designed to help you make the most of your time.

If you workout regularly you can can save a lot of money by purchasing one of the membership cards.
